Once an order has been placed, you will automatically receive an email confirming that your order has been received.
This automatic confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or approval of the order.
JEĪ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping, and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the JEĪ website are listed in GBP (£).
Due to the handcrafted nature of JEĪ pieces, small-batch production, and fluctuations in costs, prices may occasionally change over time.
Product availability may also vary depending on collection releases and production availability.
Any pricing updates or changes will apply only to future purchases and will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and processed.
JEĪ reserves the right to correct any pricing inaccuracies or errors that may appear on the website.

Handmade Pieces

Each JEĪ piece is handcrafted bead by bead in small batches.
Due to the handmade process, slight variations in colour, bead placement, texture, finish, and overall appearance may occur.
These characteristics are considered part of the individuality and uniqueness of each piece and are not regarded as defects.
Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings.
Customers are encouraged to handle JEĪ pieces with care in order to preserve their quality and finish over time.

Shipping

Delivery times provided on the JEĪ website are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, postal services,
weather conditions, or other external factors outside of our control.  JEĪ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the JEĪ website, including but not limited to photographs, product designs, branding, logos, graphics, text, visual identity, and website content, is the intellectual property of JEĪ and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
