Information regarding returns, refunds, and order issues.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Due to the handcrafted nature of JEĪ pieces, minor variations in colour, bead placement, or finish may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Damaged, Incorrect or Exchange Requests

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, a replacement or exchange will be arranged where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
If your order was purchased using a promotional discount or during a sale period, refunds will reflect the amount originally paid.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items should be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
